What's new? July 2020

Welcome to this month’s product update - your monthly roundup of what’s new from The Access Platform. It's difficult to believe we're already at the end of July - just where is 2020 going?

This month, we've got a trio of useful new features to tell you about; something that will make it much easier for your Ambassadors to update their profiles and find their career points score, something to make your life easier when you're creating pre-filtered TAP Pages, and a much smoother way of grabbing the link to an individual Ambassador's profile. Read on for more information!

Ambassadors can access a fantastic 'My Profile' section of the app. In it, they can see how many career points they’ve earned for each feature to track their work; this, paired with the Leaderboard which shows how they’re doing based on total career points compared to other ambassadors, is key for keeping them incentivised.

We’ve also improved the functionality for editing account and profile information, so it’s much easier for ambassadors to update and make quick edits to their profiles!

Preview pre-filtered TAP Pages

 

Now, when you’re creating filtered, custom TAP Promotions like Pop cards, Tracked Links and Buttons, you can see a full preview of what the TAP page will look like for your audiences. This makes it much easier for you to check your custom title, description, and ensure that the all important search filters are correct.

Grab Ambassador link URLs

 

Admins have always been able to access individual profile links for ambassadors in the Ambassador List. We have now added this link to the Ambassadors’ profile on the TAP Page, so that both prospects and ambassadors can copy, share and save direct access to an individual ambassador’s profile.
