TAP in the wild: University of Newcastle is live!
We’re thrilled to welcome another Australian University to our list of partners; the University of Newcastle!
UoN’s fantastic team of Student Ambassadors - who we had great fun training last week - are now ready to chat to prospective students all about life at Newcastle and harnessing the power of peer recruitment.
UoN was established in 1965. It has a primary campus in Callaghan, a suburb of Newcastle, New South Wales. The university also operates campuses in Ourimbah, Port Macquarie, Singapore, and the Central Business Districts of Newcastle and Sydney.
To kick start their use of TAP, Newcastle has gone live with our Chat feature, which allows peer-to-peer conversations between prospects and one or many student ambassadors.
Later this year, their Student Ambassadors will also start contributing user-generated content and answering FAQs via our platform using our Content and FAQ features; based on what they produced in their training session with us, we can expect great things from the team at UoN!
