A direct link to your prospects' conversations for easy review
A Heat Score to help sort your prospects by how 'positively engaged' they are with your institution based on their activities on TAP:
The Heat Score is a number between 0 and 100 that gives you an insight into how positively engaged a prospect is with your institution. The Heat Score is calculated using a points-based system using the following inputs:
Sentiment analysis on what the prospective student is saying
The total number of symbols for the conversation they're involved in
The feedback ambassadors give following their conversations
Using the Heat Score as a guide you can now easily identify when and who to re-engage with further re-targeting campaigns (marketing consent permitting), maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of your follow up. You can read more about the ambassador feedback process in this help article.
