This article outlines how you can review and confirm which topics are detected in conversations by TAP Insights.
Following the release of TAP Insights we have launched a new view in Messaging to clearly display which topics are detected by Trend Insights in conversations between ambassadors and prospects.
You can hover and confirm if the topics detected are mentioned in the conversation:
And if we have missed a topic, you can simply add it as a new topic:
