Trend Insights becomes Conversation Insights
Our Trend Insights feature changed names and it's now called Conversation Insights. Our AI topic detection model will enable you to quickly segment and zoom into the topics of conversations that came up between your ambassadors and prospective students, giving you the information you need to build your next successful marketing campaign. You can segment your topic data by the nationality of prospective students (so you can understand what prospects from different markets are interested in at a glance) and the date that they created their account.
The great news is that you can now compare your results against benchmark results across institutions that are similar to yours. For example, if you are a UK university, you will see the topic distribution data only for UK universities. This new feature will help you to better understand your audience and improve your engagement rates.
It is now possible to see which prospects signed up for a Stream (On-Demand or Live Stream) in the Prospect Report under the engagement point column; this makes it easier to filter the data in the admin dashboard allowing you to better understand your audience and their preferred engagement channels.
Furthermore, we have implemented a validation feature for external speakers, preventing users from entering the email of a current admin user in the external speakers field. This feature will help prevent errors and ensure that your Live Streams run smoothly.
Lastly, it is now possible to choose a date for an On-Demand Stream in the future, as well as start a Live Stream on the same day or set the start time for the Steam to be in 15 minutes.
Dynamically expanded input field for Chat
We have made it easier for users to type longer messages by dynamically expanding the input field for chat. If the text is longer than 3 lines, additional lines will be added as the user types until the input is 9 lines in total. After this, a scroll bar will be displayed, ensuring that users can type long messages without any issues. This feature is now accessible on the admin dashboard, Feed, and mobile application.
