New sign-up form for mobile devices
After conducting four experiments aimed to improve the conversion to conversation rate on the Feed, we have concluded that the new sign-up form design (see below) for mobile devices increases conversions by a little over 3%. The updated form has been optimised for mobile users, providing a seamless sign-up experience and has now been rolled out across all Feeds.
Please note that the sign-up form for desktop devices will remain unchanged while we continue to conduct experiments to further validate and optimise it.
Capture more leads through your content
As part of our Feed conversion experiments, we rolled out sign-up on 'like' functionality; so, when an unregistered prospect clicks on the 'like' option on a given piece of content they are asked to register. According to the data we collected from this experiment, this new sign-up option contributes an additional 0.35% to the conversion coming from it.
Pop card accessibility
Feed visitors who use screen readers can now better distinguish the pop card from other elements and navigate better on the university web page. Users are able to close the pop card by using the tab key or voice control.
These changes will not have any visual impact on users, but will greatly enhance accessibility and user experience.
