Promoting your feed: Student Stories

Take a look at how some of our customers have shared their ambassadors’ stories in a creative and inspiring way.

Your ambassadors each have their own story of choosing, arriving at and experiencing life at your institution - and we want you to harness that! Through TAP, your ambassadors will be sharing their unique insights through the TAP chat, content and FAQ functions. But why stop there? We encourage you to share your ambassadors’ stories far and wide, and while doing so, promote your Ambassadors and increase engagement on your feed.

Here are just some ways you can do that.

Student Story Articles & Videos

Let future students hear first hand from current students about their journey and experience at your institution through articles, interviews or blogs on your website.

Swinburne University of Technology has a whole webpage dedicated to International Student Stories where you can read about how current undergraduate and postgraduate students are enjoying life at Swinburne while successfully building their careers.

The student stories cover everything from how they chose their career, their experience at Swinburne and how the university provides them with opportunities for real industry experience. And even better, there’s videos!

But of course, our favourite part is the link to chat directly with the student ambassador on TAP after reading their story.

Norland is another institution harnessing the power of student ambassadors with their campaign “My Norland Story”. You can read more about different students' journey to Norland and why they love studying there. They also have inspiring videos you can watch to hear directly from students about their experience studying and preparing for their career with Norland.

And after learning more about the student's story, you can click to chat directly with the ambassador on The Ambassador Platform!

Fanshawe College also took an innovative approach to promote their ambassadors. They encouraged their students to share their stories on LinkedIn:

This is a great way to leverage your ambassador's networks and allow them to showcase their unique student experience at your institutions through social media. The ambassadors linked the feed (or their TAP profile) in the description of the post to enable prospects to reach out to them via The Ambassador Platform.

Thinking of doing this at your institution? Did you know you can generate links that will send a prospect to a specific's ambassador profile (and track the success of the campaign)? Find out more here

We can’t wait to see and hear your student stories! Looking for more campaign inspiration? Check out this article! If you have any questions, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or email us at support@theambassadorplatform.com.
