We are so glad you’ve decided to join us at The Ambassador Platform. To assist you with the transition to our peer-to-peer (P2P) technology, please see below for a template you may wish to use to communicate to your ambassadors that you’ve upgraded!
We’re very excited to announce that as of <date> we will be upgrading from <previous P2P provider> The Ambassador Platform; a peer-to-peer platform that is working to enable millions of prospective students to make more informed and confident decisions about higher education. They do this by allowing prospective students to connect with ambassadors like you, not only by way of chatting with you, but also through engaging with the wonderful, authentic content you produce, giving them a glimpse into life at our institution.
Why are we switching to The Ambassador Platform?
- We would like to connect with more prospective students throughout their journey researching their higher education options
- To showcase how unique and fun life at <institution name> really is
- To empower you as ambassadors to develop further professional skills by harnessing your creative power through the digital content you will produce
What are the next steps?
- Wrap up conversations on <previous P2P platform> and let them know that the page as well as your profile will be updating on <date> so they will need to sign up again to continue chatting with you. See some more advice on wording here.
- Visit the Ambassador Training Centre <insert link from your dashboard> to learn about how to carry out your work on The Ambassador Platform
- Download 'The Ambassador Platform' app from the App/Play Store
- Create an account in the app using the code you received when you completed training
- Complete your profile to the best of your ability
