Here are some of our TAP HQ Updates from September!
We’ve been doing some research on university Instagram accounts and, well, we got the answers we wanted - we’re just not sure the applicants did! After analysing a cross-section of institutional accounts we found that both domestic and international applicants are asking questions about a wide range of topics (admissions, course choice, and social life being the most frequent) but, in about 45% of instances, were not receiving a response to their question. We’ll be publishing a full paper on our findings next month. Drop us a line if you’d like to get your hands on it sooner.

Even better than the front! We’ve powered up our widgets to make ambassador to applicant conversations even more simple. Our new widgets allow interactions to happen from within the profile card. This means you can embed as many TAP widgets as you like, anywhere on your university’s website, and engagements now start with a single click. No navigating elsewhere, no clunky landing pages, just safe, reliable peer-to-peer interactions wherever you need them. Get in touch to find out more!
Our tech team is growing. We’re delighted to welcome three new members to the fold: Julia, Art and Bohdan. The new (and scarily clever) techies will be working hard to keep bringing exciting updates to our TAP Chat and TAP Content tools, and helping us to be even more responsive to customer feedback.
